cold pool limited menu
The indoor swimming pool was quite cold. The loungers were very low to the ground I had trouble getting up from them. The dinner menu was limited. Food portions seemed small for the price.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They fulfilled a last-minute request for a gluten-free afternoon tea. The hotel is conveniently located near the New Forest, offering ample walking opportunities. The heated outdoor pool provided a relaxing experience (i enjoyed it a lot).
The food felt a little overpriced considering its quality.

walking routes hotel spa food choice disabled parking air conditioning tired fixtures
the location offered easy access to walks, and cycle routes. the hotel spa allowed relaxing after a day outdoors. breakfast offered a good choice of food.
i found only one disabled parking bay, a lack of parking for disabled guests. my superior room had no air conditioning, just a wonky fan on a very warm day. some fixtures felt tired and old.

excellent food helpful staff ample parking
the food in the restaurant tasted excellent i appreciated the variety available at breakfast the pools were refreshing. staff members were helpful they provided quick service throughout my stay the gardens looked beautiful. the hotel has ample car parking spaces i found this very convenient the location is great for walks.
the gym was temporarily closed which was a little inconvenient

I loved the amazing wedding day. The hotel planned everything perfectly. All staff were helpful and friendly. All guests enjoyed everything, including the outdoor space and activities for children.
The extra fee for the spa bothered me. The facilities seemed very nice and clean, but they do not worth the extra price. The pool felt small and cold. I was unable to swim in it properly.
